  • 2000 ml air
  • 3 sdm Minyak Goreng
Bumbu (dihaluskan)
  • 10 Bawang Merah
  • 6 Bawang Putih
  • 6 buah kmiri
  • 1 sdm Garam
  • 1 sdt Merica
Pelengkap
  • 2 Daun seledri. iris halus
  • 2 Daun Bawang. iris halus
  • 3 sdm Bawang Goreng
  • 1 sdm perasan Jeruk Limau
  • 1 sdm Garam
  • 2 sdm Kecap Manis
  • 2 sdm Sambal2 sdt Cuka
  • Emping Mlinjo
Cara Membuat Soto Mie Bogor
1.    Rebus daging, kikil dan babat sampai empuk. Angkat. Potong kecil-kecil. Jangan buang kaldu. Didihkan kembali dengan api kecil.
2.    Tumis bumbu yang sudah (dihaluskan) hingga aromanya harum.Masukkan ke kaldu.
3.    Siapkan mangkok. Masukkan daging, kikil, babat, tomat, kol, bihun dan mie basah.
4.    Taburkan daun seledri, daun bawang dan bawang goreng . Siram dengan kaldu.
5.    Tambahkan perasan jeruk limau, garam, kecap manis, sambal, cuka, emping mlinjo dan risol.

How to Make Soto Mie Bogor
1. Boil meat, kikil and tripe until tender. Lift. Cut into small pieces. Do not waste the broth. Bring to a boil again over low heat.
