CARAPEMBUATAN :
  1. Rebus daging ayam sampai empuk lalu tiriskan, dan suwir-suwir. Simpan kaldu sisa rebus ayam.
  2. Tumislah bumbu halus hingga keluar aroma sedapnya. Masukkan kaldu. Rebus hingga mendidih.
  3. Masukkan ayam suwir, kecap manis, Soun kedalam mangkuk. Tuang kuah yang masih panas.
